I have been following the Wai diet for 2 months. I never got sick from eating raw eggs; no diarrhea or strong reactions or anything that would cause concern. From what I have read in Wai's book, my defense system becomes better trained to tolerate the bacteria in raw eggs. Does this apply to viruses...
