I wonder if there is a link between orange juice and melanoma. Especially when you are light skinned and sensitive to the sun? I found this article a few years ago, and thought there might be a risk, but I don't know if I understand it right.

Thank you! One more question, do you add any sugar to their juice? In that case how much?

RRM, how much juice do your kids drink/day? Is it still about 2 liters? How much oil do you add/liter?

Re: Electrical juice press = good investment
Yes I have had my Olympus a couple of weeks now. I think it works good. I especially like the taste of the orange juice made with the Olympus. I think it's more sweet and less bitter than the orange juice I make with my electrical press. But I don't know, maybe I'm just imagining :-D I live in Swede...

Re: Electrical juice press = good investment
Yes, it sounds like a good idea. But I can not do it where we live now, because we talked about moving from here in a few years.
I ordered the Olympus. I look forward to try it and hope it is as good as they 'promised' in all the youtube videos I watched

Re: Electrical juice press = good investment
Oh, that must be a really amazing feeling. I would love to have that opportunity too, but maybe someday...
Until that day, It might be the best choice (for me) to buy the orangeX Olympus. It's much cheaper than santos, and as you said might be a better investment.
Thank you for your answer RRM.

Re: Electrical juice press = good investment
I plan to bye a new juicer for citrus, but I can't decide between a manual press like OrangeX Olympus or an electric. I'm thankful for all the advice I can get.
RRM, do you still recommend Santos 10?

I have not changed anything..
She still drink juice from clementines, oranges and mango with sugar and oil and eat avocado, bananas, raisins, raw salmon, yolks and slow cooked beef.
She loves strawberries and raspberries!

Re: Wai baby
I mean do you put the chicken in cold water and leave it in the pan until the water is ~60 degrees (which takes about 3 hours for me), or if you put the chicken in the pan when the water is 60-degrees, and leave it there for 3 hours?

Re: Wai baby 2
Juicer on the hotel room would be perfect. My juicer broke down in the suitcase on the way home :( (Just an inexpensive hand juicer and I had packed it pretty bad). My daughter still drink most clementine juice with sugar and oil. Sometimes, mango juice, when the mango is not as expensive. She reall...

Re: Wai baby 2
Aytundra: We celebrated a family member's 60th birthday.
We sunbathed, swam and just hung out with the family. It was a really good trip.
And yes, I juiced the fruit.
I had brought with me a juicer and made fresh juice every morning in the hotel room
