Munch food: why 15 grams?

I'm curious: what are the reasons behind choosing a munch food containing at most 15 grams of damaged protein? Why 15 in particular?

Thanks a lot!

It's so hard to plot a meal to match each and every mineral/vitamin/misc. nutrient level, especially zinc, iron, magnesium, and Vitamin B3. Perhaps because ...

Oh, shoot, I really messed up the quotes on the last post! The first part was Oscar's questions, the last part my answer (as if that wasn't obvious). Heh, heh.

With nutrients you mean macro- and micro-nutrients?
And with FDA standards you mean the amount of calories consumed per day?

Enough nutrition?

I didn't finish yet on my earlier topic -- PCOS --, but here's something else I'd like to bring up for discussion. So, if we had two people, Person A adhering strictly to the Wai diet, and Person B eating a "normal" diet with cooked meat, veggies, and grains, which one is more likely to absorb more ...

Hey RRM,
Thanks for replying so quickly. Here's a link to a site that describes PCOS far better than I can:

PCOS

Hi all, so I have this very hairy problem called PCOS, and I was wondering how the Wai diet would impact it. Most sites recommend that PCOS patients cut down sugar intake drastically (and exercise often) to reduce insulin (and subsequently testosterone) levels. I've been reading on other posts about...
