I start this thread so that we can share slow juicer recipes here. ✎
If you have a slow juicer, I am really curious about what your favorite recipes are so far??
I will start with sharing mine!

Fruit paradise juice
1/2 pineapple
3 oranges
1 mango
You can also substitute the oranges for tangerines, as they are especially good right now!

Popsicle ice-cream juice
Make the juice above but also add a little little bit of fresh ginger (if you eat that! it tastes great without it too)
It tastes exactly like a popsicle! You can also leave out the mango from this.
I am sure that if you put this juice into those kinds of popsicle ice-cream molds it will be the perfect treat!

But I haven't tried that yet, because I don't have any molds….

Apple-grape juice
400 g grapes
4 apples

Banana ice-cream
1. Take some bananas, peel them, put them in the freezer.
2. When they are hard but still just soft enough to cut with a knife, cut them into 2-3 cm/1 inch pieces.
3. Juice them one at a time to not destroy the machine.
4. Collect what comes out both on the juice side and the pulp side and stir it together.
5. You can put oil, raisins, nuts etc on top of it!

Almond milk
250 g/1 cup of almonds
≈500 ml/2 cups water
1. Shell the almonds and put them in a big bowl with water overnight.
2. In the morning, discard the water and put them in 500 ml of new water.
3. Juice the almonds and the water together. Be careful to take enough water when you do it, otherwise the machine will stop!
4. The almond milk tastes great together with dates, but I haven't really figured out how to actually put them inside the milk (except using a blender of corse, but I don't want to do that…)
5. If you don't want to throw away the almond pulp you can save it and use it later for date balls. But if you do this it will be better if you peel the nuts before juicing them.
They peel very easily after sitting in the water all night.
