As I suggested in another thread, mashing a banana (or 2)
and adding 1-6 egg yolks, a little olive oil and/or extra virgin
coconut oil is delicious! A little honey is also a nice addition to
this creamy vanilly dish
Avocado and egg yolk also combines very well.
If you do not like the egg yolk, but want to eat it for its
nutritional value, just mix it with a glass of OJ and go
"bottoms up"

yolk
I like yolks so much I use them to dress up things I am less keen on...
I suppose it could work the other way around for you.
I will eat anything, anything, anything from the sea (which is by rights delicious by itself, but sometimes the cut is not good, or the freshness peak) with raw yolks over it. Literally almost anything-- it just seems to enhance that sea-like nature of the sashimi.
If you are talking about things non-sweet and there are any types of fish you really like, this is a good way. I like to eat yolks over very oily; very fatty fish. It is just heaven.

eggyolk=sugar
I don't know if this is wai but when I was a kid I would wip an egg with sugar and it was soooo good when the yolk was well beaten into the sugar... But I just wonder if this is a terrible combination or if it's ok 'cause I still love it....?????maybe one could wip it with honey instead...or vanillakernels....or...cinnamon..or dried fruit.

raw yolks
I like to put 3-4 yolks in a teacup, and add avocado oil and enough powdered glucose to cover the surface of the contents of the cup.
It's exceptional.

Here is a recipe you can try:
in a small cup blender (like Magic Bullet or a similar device) I put the following:
1 banana
1/4 cup pinenuts
1 heaping tablsp of lemon zest (you grate this off of a fresh lemon skin)
Blend well...then add 1 or 2 egg yolks (tot taste) and whip gently with fork.
you can play around with the quantities of each ingredient so that it somes out tasting how you like it...but when I make this & eat it...it tastes like cake batter to me! Love it!!!
