eggs are the top food to avoid with a viral issue , bcs they're the virus's number one food source .
( true ? )
eggs can cause an increase in ammonia , which can saturate and irritate the central nervous system .
( true ? )
if you broke an egg into a petri dish and then introduced active ebv ( epstein-barr virus ) cells , the virus would proliferate rapidly .
( true ? )
it doesn't matter if they're organic , free-range eggs --- they're still problematic if you have a viral issue .
and don't be confused by labels that claim the eggs are hormone-free . that only means they don't contain additional hormones ; they're still filled with natural hormones that ebv loves .

what do you think , RRM ?
would that mean - in case of a virus - to skip the yolks and supplement with b12 , d , zinc ... ??

Re: Eggs feed viruses ?
Yes, they are the best food source for any organism that can feed on animal tissue, due to the high nutrient density.
No, they should not be avoided.
Instead, you should build a strong defense, by regularly exposing your defense to viruses and bacteria.
Sterile foods and environments weaken your defense.
Yes, just as all foods high in protein increase ammonia levels, which is neutralized by convertion into ureum..eggs can cause an increase in ammonia , which can saturate and irritate the central nervous system .
( true ? )
Most animal foods contain more protein though, and thus yield more ammonia.
True. As it is true for many viruses, bateria, etcif you broke an egg into a petri dish and then introduced active ebv ( epstein-barr virus ) cells , the virus would proliferate rapidly .

"If you have a viral issue"it doesn't matter if they're organic , free-range eggs --- they're still problematic if you have a viral issue .
If that means that your defense is weak, then any contact with other people is dangerous.
But if that means that you have a viral infection (flu or similar), eggs will not exacerbate that
True. Just as milk.and don't be confused by labels that claim the eggs are hormone-free . that only means they don't contain additional hormones ; they're still filled with natural hormones that ebv loves .

No. These are separate issues.would that mean - in case of a virus - to skip the yolks and supplement with b12 , d , zinc ... ??
In case of a virus, the virus is in you already, and your defense is fighting it.
The eggs cannot feed that virus, as the eggs are digested in your digestive tract.
