my animal intake is for now eggs sashami tuna and a liver i bought from whole foods which i will all digest raw.
first question, i gather that pastured, organic, fertile eggs are the safest and best quality eggs i could consume (i deduced this through my own research on the definition of those descriptions). does anyone know where i could get an egg like that??? lol i live in l.a., ca. and iv'e been searching but found nothing. mayb i'm asking for too much but it seems that would be the most natural egg.. well, any help is appreciated
second question, this liver is supposedly from a cow that is organic, grass fed, and pastured, and i believe it. i asked the lady that sold it to me and she said that the only thing done to the meat was that it was frozen. so would it be safe to consume this liver?
i really want to because of the high nutrients liver has.
eggs and beef liver?

Pastured? What does this word mean?
Eating frozen meat, or liver, seems to not affect acne, but it
might be even healthier if you can get it un-frozen. Eating liver
is fine, as far as I know, but since it is very high in certain nutrients,
I guess you should not eat it at all times, or not so much at the time.

from the definition i got, pastured is an animal that roams freely and is allowed to eat its natural diet (grass for cows and grains, bugs, and grass for chickens)
iv'e looked for farmer's markets in san diego but i haven't really had any luck finding one that sold animal meat, just a good one that sold 20 pounds of oranges for 7 bucks, which is one of the reasons i'm able to do this diet.
if u know of any way i can find one in my area let me know
