I'm eating now honey with 5% royal jelly. The taste of this honey is absolute delicate.
I was wondering if royal jelly is allowed on the wai diet.
Royal jelly has an very intresting molecular make up.
For example, it contains 1mg/g acetylcholine.
Here is an intersting pdf: http://www.bee-hexagon.net/files/file/f ... Review.pdf

Its 'power-food', like egg yolks.Kasper wrote:I was wondering if royal jelly is allowed on the wai diet.
I dont see why not, except for the unusual organic acids, 10-hydroxydecenoic acid (HDA) and hormones maybe,
because of their bioactive properties (particularly the pro-estrogenic properties, destined to stimulate development of ovaries).
Some people may react allergically to it.
