Just one fruit
Well if you could ONLY have one fruit in your diet for an entire week, which one would you choose and why?

Ducky, one cannot really make a choice regarding nutritional value as all fruits have their strong and weak points, and they are perfectly complementary (if also animal food is consumed) if you eat a small (or bigger) variety of fruits.
I dont see any reason why one would refrain from eating other fruits... Do you?
If I really had to choose I'd also say oranges. But only when they're at their best. So it also depends on the season. In summer, I'd choose strawberries or raspberries from our own garden. Oh they're sooooooooo good!!! I could realy make them my staple food, and I do. But this also goes for nectarines..... Oh, I realy can't choose, what a impossible-to-answer question!!! [/i]
