Fresh OJ & Egg Yolks

Can you mix a couple of egg yolks in freshly made OJ? Does anyone do this if so whatelse do you or can you add to it?

Someone said that egg yolks are good for the hair and helps it grow. I am hopping that it will help mine.

Yes, juice mixed with yolks is fine.
Use a fork to gently stir it around and you'll be fine.

I juice by hand therefore there are always some little fiber strands. Is it still okay to mix egg yolks in it?

Yes, but you can easily use a sieve to take out as much fiber as possible.

How do you mean??? Drinking OJ after consuming salmon? That is ok, but it's better to wait for say 20 minutes or so. If you don't, the OJ will interfere with the gastric juices which you need to digest the salmon properly. And also here it is best to take as much fiber out of the OJ as possible.

I mean like dipping salmon into OJ or drinking OJ while eating salmon at the same time. If it's okay to mix egg yolks with OJ, it should be fine with salmon too?

The drinking of egg yolks mixed in with oj is for beginners,
so that they dont find it as 'horrible' to consume the egg yolks.
With taste in mind, its not so good.
OJ with salmon seems awful to me...

I personally love the taste of OJ+Egg Yolk... It's almost like a vanilla OJ shake or something
