Slighty hard Avocadoes. Ok to eat?

Post by dionysus »

Sometimes its hard to obtain perfectly ripe Avacadoes.

Is it ok to eat slighty hard Avacadoes with regards to them causing acne?

Worried that the slightly hard Avacado may caused constipation. Which ineffect would cause acne. Is my thinking flawed?

Same goes with Bananas. Sometimes it's just hard to get perfectly ripe fruit and i want to make sure i get my nutrients.

Most avocados seem to ripen for me perfectly even when I buy them hard. some never ripen and stay hard or turn to rubber like texture.

Equally so, I buy like 4 big bunches of bananas at a time. As soon as they are not green I start eating them. I usually finish by the time the last ones are just getting too ripe. If I bought them little by little, it seems they'd be too green. I eat a ton of them though. They are like my staple food.

I don't think you have to fear constipation or acne because of not ripe enough avocados/bananas.
