Today I complete 14 days on the diet - 100%. My skin started looking better after the tenth day on the diet, then, when I just thought I'd be totally clear in two weeks, I had a terrible breakout...

I have pimples all over my face now, under the skin as well as on the surface. It's all irregular, and I found them coming one after the other since yesterday morning... Every time I look at the mirror, I can find something new coming out...
I don't understand why, because I haven't changed anything in my diet and it seemed to be getting clear. I wonder if my acne has nothing to do with diet but with hormonal imbalance... Perhaps I can't avoid it when it's PMS time??? Help, please...
