Men, and women, needs testosterone. Men get easily depressed
when testosterone levels are too low.
I have never heard of testosterone making water stay in the
skin. Some backup on this theory of yours RRM?
As I have said before, as far as I know, sex (or rather
ejaculation) LOWERS testosterone levels, not the other
way around.
Also, working out and having sex is both natural and healthy.

Any pharmacist can tell you that.
Its well known that testosterone and estrogen make you retain water.
Much of the effect of testosterone may be due to estrogen, as part of the testosterone gets converted into estrogen.
It has been well documented that supplementary testosterone readily leads to leg edema, for example.
Also, it is generally known that premenstrual high estrogen levels lead to water retention (bloating).
Even though scrolling trough the wikipedia article on testosterone I
did not find anything about water retention, I easily found information on
this quality of synthetic testosterone online. I do not see why natural
testosterone would not work the same way, so RRM, you are right in
your claims, I just had not researched the topic well enough.

ones testosterone levels to beat acne, I quote from the Wiki-article
on testosterone

do not think it is wise to say abstain from sexual activity or
try to minimize physical activity.

both natural and healthy. In stead of weight lifting, try
yoga or thai chi. It is not known to increase testosterone, and
it is very healthy to your whole system. Walking, working in
the garden (as I have understood that you do a lot) should
also be perfectly safe, regarding massive testosterone bursts
that is known to increase testosterone levels the most, but I
