Appetizer: 3 shrimps, dried tomatoes, raw watercress, horseradish shavings...; 3 bread rolls with 1 cm cube of butter, 1 bite of Klondike potato soup from another plate.
Main Course: Cooked minced lamb meat, with thick sea shell shaped pasta in tomato sauce; 1 bite of haddock celery roots from another plate, 1 bite of duck confit with avocado butter, sandwich from another plate.
Dessert: Pecan Chocolate Crumble with 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream; 2 bites of canolli from another plate; 1 bite of lemon sorbet from another plate. { Aytundra's tastebuds are spoiled now, she can detect the mild taste of mildly overcooked/burnt pastry, which is not pleasant. Eew I don't like canollis anymore.}
15:00 (~150-200ml) Caramellized Banana split with fruits, chocolate icecreams, creme anglais, and whipped creme.

Able to breathe smoothly with the diaphragm and the digestive tract's smooth muscles can move leisurely in synchrony with the breathing movements.

Aytundra just had enough calories, and runs well on half a day of Fancy Foods, and half a day of Wai Foods.

When I mean fancy the price is 2 to 7 times the price of the food I eat /day for the past few months.
The funny thing is that when I look at the waiters and waitresses of these fancy restaurants, they look great.
When I ask them what they eat, they said they eat what ever was the left-overs of the day; one of them liked the lemon sorbet.
Unless they lie.
When I take a look at the menu their appetizers and maincourse, it has much to do with not average herbs or veggies.
Is it the veggies?; or is it the Maillard reacted desserts?; or umm bread?

Considering these restaurants provide a set menu with appetizers, maincourse and desserts, and it is not a fast food restaurant, I think they paid a little more attention to the design of ingredients, food proportions and food items that they put in to make those dishes.If I recall correctly, these dishes were mostly bread (gluten) and dairy free, only if you ask for the bread, which the cream that came along with it you can taste is of finer quality than the supermarket artificial butter. And if these individuals eating them from working there for a while doesn't look like they are not looking not great from eating their food (assuming they are eating the food and not lieing about eating the restaurant's food to promote the restaurant's menu), then the food is probably not as junk-ish as compared to fast food restaurants.
I do know that when I walk into a pizza store, the servers are not as great.
I would have thought the dessert store would have less great looking ppl, but they seemed okay.
I went to a supermarket once, in November.
When I added several bags of oranges to the counter,
She said "Oh you love oranges as much as I do yogurts."
So I looked at her face, pimples,
and thought, ok, maybe dairy is bad. Perhaps my thoughts at that time was pathetic fallacy, irony, biasness...etc, in thinking.
I went to food warehouses, and average people there are like the boxes of food there, larger in build though proportioned, than the people of regular supermarkets.
I think could it be a balanced meal? that staves off problems?

Btw, I think you focus way to much on RDA values of micronutrients, I think you should focus more on calories daily, macronutrients (carbs/fats/protein). To me it seems you are chronically undereating (calorie wise). And sometimes are eating way too little proteins.
Btw, what about preparing your meals (peel/juice/slow cook) one time a day for the whole day ? Just one time a day, you really have to think about it, and the rest of the day, just consume.
Okay, finally after a month of number crunching and clicking, I took some time to make a Calorie Map for myself.
Here it is.
Trying to find something that fits the RDA, calories, price, least number of items to prep, least time interruptions by limiting time to 1 time per day a la "Going Warrior?" attempt. What do you guys think?
So which version should I pick?

oh I forgot to say: this past thursday was terrible for my chin, got several pimples (~4 of them) that hurt.
currently 2 left on the face.
and pizza, bread, grumbles did not help with weight gain.

I woke up this morning, and am quite surprised:
Hey no pimples! all gone, the last 2 were gone, 5 days, it takes to get rid of pizza store pimples. (pizza, pretzel bread or chicken wings caused those pimples, I know for certain one of them caused them because, my skin was pretty much clear before I ate pizza store stuff.)
What I am surprised though, is that I thought yesterday's junk would affect it. I guess it did not.
