April 2016 Summary:
Black = 0 days, I had only cooked foods without fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, or egg yolks or salmon.
Green = 11 days, I had fruits/nuts/sugar/oo without egg yolks or salmon.+ cooked foods
Egg Yellow = 10 days, I had egg yolks, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, without salmon.+ cooked foods
Salmon Pink = 4 days, I had salmon, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, without egg yolks.+ cooked foods
Orange = 5 days, I had salmon, egg yolks, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo.+ cooked foods
719.25 items
Disclaimer: Aytundra's food consumed in April 2016 was not at all a Wai Diet because of cooked food items, processed foods, baked foods, containerized foods, not fresh foods, not on the Wai Calculator items food..etc. Aytundra is still trying to find her way from cooked foods to less and less cooked foods...etc.

Goals for May

I feel a little guilty breaking my rules for May 2016.
But I have a patch to fix that.
The word is "Purpose".

Tries to define:
"Purpose"
Rules are made for a purpose.
When there is a better-purpose than a previous-purpose.
The previous-rules and previous-purpose can become obsolete, go toss it happily in the garbage because you have a better-purpose.

"Better" is a troublesome word-thing to tag on.
Now, it could be subjective, and we are getting into the quasi-field of adjectives, and edging into the borders of persuasion-adjectives, where it can become twisted if you happen to use adjectives improperly to make rose-colored-glasses, tunnel-vision-papers, fad-commercials, buzz-word-coffee, hyperventilating-whatifs, and inaccurate-percent-stories.
For example better-frenchfries, better-interest-rates, better-self, better-gadget...
all those writers like to use better as a word butter.
To the point tricking you to buy something or some idea.

Better-Purpose, needs a good definition then, if I want to use it without being those lousy-writers.
Hold's nose in the air. Snobbishly.
I can use words better and with more accuracy than those tree-cutters and internet-cloggers. {meanwhile, "gosh i hope I am not clogging this forum, sometimes I write too much :roll: }

Purpose - Without a purpose, you become adrift like a piece of plastic floating on a polluted ocean.
{ I definitely have a purpose, and I swear I will not be tricked into forgetting a purpose momentarily by those Mindfulness-Quasi-Empty-Brain-and-Thinking-Breathing-Bell-ringing-Seminars.}*
Luckily I pride myself to live on a satellite or being an owl,...etc where I can get a full view of the maze (or at least try to).
So, good luck in removing purpose from me.

Better-Purpose = Something that makes you happy. Hold onto that and never forget it. You never have to give up happy memories, and happy activities.
