i have lots of acne and constipation LOL
so i want to make the acne sample diet
i am also an atlethe and i am training in the gym toi imporve my vertical jump explosivness ecc(i play absketball not now tough since i quitted with my old team and i will start the new seasonafter this summer until than for at least 3 months i will just focus on pylometrics and weight taining(vertical jump bible) to improve everything

are peeled carrotsok with tomatoes for the salad??
can i use dried apricots not just for calories(trying to burn fat and build or at least keep my lean mass) but for nutrients as well??
lie i said i dont eat any fish or meat
i ma very tall 196 cm and i weight aroun 92 kg that weight is good but i wnat to replace some muscles with that fat
so what is the best way to stay on this diet remove acne and still weight train??

suggeste only 5 yeggs yolk that are like only 20 grams of protein how manhy yegg yolks can i eaT???
