Board upgrade

I've upgraded the board from version 3.1.10 to 3.2.0. Unfortunately this means that the board style we've been using isn't working anymore
Until I've found a new style we'll have to make do with the default 'prosilver' style. Looks pretty ugly if you ask me

Edit1: Of course if someone is able to convert the old style into a 3.2.0 compatible style, that would be great!
Edit2: I've made some quick changes to make the board look a bit more stylish (imo).
Edit3: I'm still in the process of getting the forum style closer to what we had. Let me know if there are any issues or problems. At the moment the forum icons are a mix of the default and the ones we had.

Known issues:
1. 503 Service Unavailable - I think it's an issue with Google Chrome. If this happens, try restarting the browser. Otherwise delete cookies.
2. edit not possible for regular users

Posting Posts.

For people encountering problems with posting.
When you post and the page redirects you to the 503 service page,
click the back button and click submit again, the post should post.

The edit button seems to not work at the moment.

Editing (and deleting) should be possible for a limited time on a new post. Used to be 10 (5) minutes, I changed it to 15 (10) minutes.
