I've noticed being more sniffly when consuming OJ, and an iriscopist told me that OJ was slimeproducing. Is this correct, and if so, would all citrus fruit fall in the same category?

Re: OJ concerns
I've noticed that my saliva was much thicker and slimier. However after a month, it seems to have lessened, or maybe I dont notice it anymore.
It has to do something with the acidity or something...

Hmmm, I didn't notice any difference in my saliva, only with my nose (more runny). I think oyu're right about the acidity being the cause.

Re: OJ concerns
RRM, any thoughts about this?
Re: OJ concerns
From my own experience, and from friends of mine, oj doesnt bring about any changes in slime production.
Consuming unripe fruits, however, will probably stimulate slime production as a protective measure (against the substances/enzymes present in unripe fruits)
Only consume fruits that are very much ripe.
