
It was soo tasty and I was just wondering if this was a recipe that is suitable for this diet (that is 100% scrict):
- 2 bananas (gently) mashed
- Inexact amount (aprox. 3 teaspoons) of coconut oil mashed in with it.
- 2 egg yolks
- Aprox. 3 teaspoons white sugar
- Large splash of olive oil
All gently mixed together.... Absolutely delicious!
So, IF this is 100% suitable then in my humble opinion this method should be reccomended to those starting this diet or those that may be put off by the taste, texture or even thought of raw egg yolk.
