i think WAI said this would be fine to supplment with instead of eating fish?
can you recommend a quality brand?
can you recommend a quality brand?
i should of read the old forum, so i consume 5 raw egg yolks a day plus take http://www.suzannes.com/allnatacforl9.html that should increase the protein quality of the raw egg yolks? would you recommend that or another type of amino acid supplement that will be good for my skin and building muscle
Indeed, please read the threads in this old forum

and regarding the supplementary amino acids:

Make sure they are liquid free amino acids, not powder. ( viewtopic.php?t=1354 )
You should be careful with supplementation and 1 capsule of 500 mg daily should be enough. (1,000 mg is the max, dont believe the ad)
I doubt whether the methionine from the ad is about liquid free amino acids, because it doesnt say so. So, they are bad for your skin. find LIQUID free amino acids (kept in liquid acidic solution; tastes awful, but is good for your skin)
And no, you cannot take them INSTEAD of fish, because they are protein only, they contain no other nutrients (such as omega 3 fats). Only for supplementation.

Yes, it seems fine to me.Other Ingredients:
Vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable glycerin, water.
Does Not Contain:
Sugar, salt, starch, corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors
I suspect you dont need more than 500 mg daily. And with your protein intake taking more than 1,000mg would not make sense, because then they dont have the supplementing effect anymore. (they can only increase protein quality for the protein ingested)
