Braggs is a brand.
What supplement are you talking about specifically?
Can you list all ingredients?

Are they made of soy protein, or does it contain soy?
Can you please list all the ingredients?
(including all amino acid numbers, for calculating protein quality)

Can you please tell me how much methionine 1/2 tsp contains?
or list the exact contents in mg for each amino acid per 100 ml?
That way i can calculate for you how much of value it is for your body.
Though its not very promising, as they are obtained from soy protein, which protein quality is relatively low.

Liquid free amino acids taste terrible, so they are not going to help you with that...
Also, if one is susceptible to acne, they likely cause acne,
as its unlikely that they are really 100% free amino acids.

Plain fish is awesome, it has a really nice taste. I didn't like it much in the beginning, but now I would substitute any cooked food no matter how delicious for raw fish :) Fatty pink salmon and red tuna, mmm.
Lemon just spoils the taste, haven't tried with oil/vinegar, and especially not with ginger (I don't think I've ever tried ginger actually).

Usually the 'boring' sense is prompted by the brain wanting addictive substances. One gets restless and feels the need to look for different foods, variation if you like. When that stops then it's like dime describes.
