What's the breakdown macro wai recommends?
I been doing 60% carbs, 30% fat, 10% protein, is this ideal?

There is no ideal %, in my view,
as it totally depends on your level of activity, and how energetic you want to feel,
and the influence of sugars on that is also individually different.
A low protein intake may be ideal regarding health, but not for muscle growth.
