OJ, Eggs and Vacation
I looked for a thread regarding this but couldn't find one. I'm going on vacation for a week, and I will not be able to get fresh OJ or my fresh Omega enriched eggs. Can I substitute with store-bought OJ and regular eggs? Thanks.

Well, OJ contains some protein and 'in-store' OJ is pasteurised (heated) and therefore produces some 'dirty' protein.
I am very susceptible to acne and therefore cannot drink it. But if you're less susceptible to acne you may be able to use pasteurised OJ but i've not heard of anyone who has been able too.
You could always buy a small glass/plastic hand held juicer to take with you.
With regards to eggs, i think regular eggs would be fine though i do not personally eat eggs. I'm a raw fish kinda guy.
Have a nice vacation.

Thank you. I am not on this diet for acne, but for cellulite. I don't have much, but I turn 30 in October, and I'll admit it, I'm a bit vain...not shallow, just vain.
Thanks for the suggestion of the little hand held juicer. I'll have to find one of those. If not though, I think I'll chance the store bought kind. Hopefully one with as less chemicals as possible.
Speaking of chemicals, going to the store these days makes me nausceous. I just look around, and all I see is lethal chemicals. Ewww!
