Eating protein with low-glucose level
Is it possible that you could eat more protein in a day (without getting acne), if you eat protein, while your glucose level is low?
Thats possible, as neurotransmitters are composed of amino acids (protein)Kasper wrote: It feels like I study better if I've eaten animal food (especially egg yolks)
and cholesterol (in egg yolks) activates serotonin receptors.
You will simply have to experiment with how much protein your skin can
cope with without getting acne.
On the other hand, the brain needs sufficient energy (glucose!) to function optimally.
So, it would be wiser to replace fat with protein.
Gradually (per week) up your protein intake while keeping up your glucose level and see where it gets you... (regarding acne)
