I've always been a Christian and I found it quite remarkable that Wai set the age limit at 120 for your heart to stop beating if you were perfect on this diet ( or so I remember - I may be wrong )

I believe in evolution - surprise, surprise!

As posted in the other thread, I'm for option 3.

I think Wai said 120yrs as an example, not a specific maximum age.

Considering that harsh physical labor is rare and that we can consume all the foods we need, we should all be healthy while reaching the age of 120.
