Upgrade and move

I want to attempt to upgrade the board to phpBB3 and also move it to another domain. Any advice on in which order best to do this?
Any other advice is highly appreciated as well.

Hmmm, i dont know if this really is an UPgrade,
as with the old board, one could easily embed more than 5 quotes in one.
On this new board, the maximum is 3!!!

I'm pretty sure that stuff can be edited in the administrator control panel lol, they probably minimized the amount to prevent some kind of spam-attack

Ive found another issue: links to old threads dont work anymore,
which destroys a great deal of advice we have been giving...

show me? what do you mean?

I *think* what your talking about would be due to changing the domain rather than the style, since now it's waiworld.com, and the old links are probably pointing to topics in the old domain. If this is the problem, perhaps there is a script out there to redirect just the outdated portion (the old domain) of old topiclinks to the new domain, I'll look into it (if that's what it is)

yes rrm the orange tree was the surprise lol sorry I didn't specify that it was like 4:30 in the morning and I was so tired I couldn't think straight there's also a color chooser tho and the green works now with the tree and all
