Hi, I've got some before and after shots (yes already- after two weeks-the diet is that amazing!). Can I link to pics on facebook or something? Can you talk me through in words of one syllable?

Hi Claudie,
Your picture needs to be on a website that doesnt require logging in.
If so, then this is the code that you need:

Just replace "http://www.location.com/mypic.jpg" with the url of your picture,
and eliminate the space between "

You could host the pics somewhere, like here: http://imageshack.us/ or here: http://photobucket.com/
Then you can link to there.
