Why would bots make more visits to the Maillard reaction page than the other pages?

I think that the real reason is that the Maillard reaction page is loaded with very specific names that are not of general nature, so that anyone researching one of these very specific molecules might readily find this page.
If I search for "Xylulosylglycine", for example, the Maillard reaction WaiWiki page is number 2 in my results.

Probably because they are not looking for an extreme diet like this one.
I doubt that anyone looking up info about Xylulosylglycine is looking for a diet plan.
