The degree of dependence would of course be related to one's opiate receptors which differs from person to person. I have a hard time with opiate withdrawal.

How I understand you guys!
I am doing the diet for 8 months, and in the first 4 I really couldn't cut on bread! I could cut on anything but on it. It appears to be the most addictive food, but I think this also has to do with food texture, because in "normal" diets we are all used to eat chewy, dense foods. I started eating more dried fruit and nuts, and that work perfectly! After 1 month 100% Wai I didn't feel any more cravings . Now, past 4 months since 100% Wai, I never even think of eating bread, not even if I was on a bakery . It just doesn't seem like food to me anymore. It seems like something very "dirty" and "burned" to me. I think I'd get nausea if I was forced to eat some.
