I didn't like November.
Goals are pointless, it makes me feel bad that nothing worked out. :(
Lofty goals don't work either: "100% Wai Items" as November goals? gotta be realistic, it gets rainy sometimes, and one can be stranded in food deserts, and mud puddles and the unendable coughs.

Goals for December
Rule 1. No "Objective"
Rule 2. Forget rule 1.

-----
Introducing the Point System. :)
Happy Face Stickers.
Rule 1. If I eat a "Wai item" I get a point.
1 fruit = 1 point
1 egg yolk = 1 point
1 piece of fish = 1 point
both egg and fish = point <--- and to make it pretty it will change colours if I eat both animal foods.
[#]= Total Points
-----

Tuesday December 1, 2015 ( 3... :) ) [3]
9:37
9:45 purple oatmeal
14:00 1 curry bun, 1 banana,1 apple, 1 apple, 1 chocolate ice cream cone
...

Ah, I see you are being neurotic like Pavlog, Kinney, and Wats-up? ...et al.
It is funny that you reacted to point system that way, spewing those 4 words out. You've got conditioned.
Nay, Forget all those conditioned textbook definitions. <--- {...}
and try these out like you have never done before... <--- { along the tune of Phantom of the Opera}

Definitions
Consequences: like a domino effect _____/|||||?, no, i am not expecting any consequences or anything. Let me know if you see something.
Rewards: none, like points collected for a free airplane seat? or a freebie day of no Wai Items or just Wai items? i can eat what ever I want "No Objectives".
Punishments: ha, ha, there is nothing like that, no punishments.
Expectations: nothing expected, except that I keep the colour codes used on the point system correctly, or not...

Those four words are like over incorrectly exampled and defined and over incorrectly used and over obsessed in textbooks. imho.
They forgot a factor in their definitions and examples, that places a huge twist on each of those words.
Those words have been presented with a biased definition and examples in most textbooks, often to the oblivious reader.
I'll explain them in January.

Hmm, I didn't think that asking a question based on an assumption would qualify as neurotic, although maybe such a reaction would?? ;)
I guess the point system is a facilitator for color usage, then ;)

The point of the point system is to get fatty-acids (salmon pink) and cholesterol (yellows) daily,
The point is that the points should be points.
The point of the point system is to highlight and show Wai items :) , not (Not Wai Items),
The point is the diary entries should end up more like artwork than newspaper.

voila, simple stuff, no complicated thoughts, just plain art. :wink:

All prices below were converted to euro.

November
Lindt 85%, 90% Dark Chocolate, 0.68 - 2.04 euro (sale), 2.73 - 3.41 euro/100g, 8 squares per bar --> 12.5 g/piece.

December
Belgian Dark Chocolate (bulk store), 1.40 euro /100 g, 9.85 g/piece, ingredients: Cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla. Pure cocoa content 54%. Temper-able chocolate @ 29*C - 31*C.

January?(I may switch to a less expensive source.)
Belgian Dark Chocolate (supermarket) 0.85 - 1.00 euro/100 g. Ingredients? Temperable?

It was really hard to look for chocolates without additives; A lot of chocolate has milk ingredients.
My 1st concern is the "soy lecithin", does it contain traces of soy? or is it pure lecithin, like how corn starch is nearly just starch.
My 2nd concern is, are the cocoa and vanilla roasted? {If so should I avoid it, like will it contain the Mallard stuff?}

Tempering /Temper-able chocolate at least gives me the reassurance, that the chocolate fats have not been damaged by too much heat, that the chocolate fats could re aligned to form a glossy shiny surface if it is tempered. Though cocoa butter is not really absorbed into the body much, as most will just past through the guts and become poo. So I am eating chocolate mainly for the sugar and flavour of chocolate.
