Summary:
Black = 0 days, I had only cooked foods without fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, or egg yolks or salmon.
Green = 4 days, I had fruits/nuts/sugar/oo without egg yolks or salmon.+ cooked foods
Egg Yellow = 10 days, I had egg yolks, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, without salmon.+ cooked foods
Salmon Pink = 6 days, I had salmon, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, without egg yolks.+ cooked foods
Orange = 11 days, I had salmon, egg yolks, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo.+ cooked foods
774.501 items
Disclaimer: Aytundra's food consumed in January 2016 was not at all a Wai Diet because of cooked food items, processed foods, baked foods, containerized foods, not fresh foods, not on the Wai Calculator items food..etc. Aytundra is still trying to find her way from cooked foods to less and less cooked foods...etc.

In December 2015 it was 0 Wai item days out of 31 days | 0% Wai?.
Tallied with the rule of: Any days with food items in plain font colours = not all items were Wai items.

The % Wai vs. Non-Wai is difficult to determine. 
Are we talking about Wai items?
OR
Are we talking about Wai diet?
In the strictest sense, to be eating a Wai diet,  vs. 100% Wai items per day are different ideas.
A diet is suppose to supply everything, and consistently, and with enough energy etc.,,
A long term diet requires enough protein, energy...etc.
One can be eating items 100% from the Wai Calculator, and still mess up on the volumes of it.
And eat 100% Wai items while still not listening to what the body says it's needs are...etc.
The Point system with The Orange Point Category is suppose to bring the volume up on having enough fatty acid, cholesterol and protein.
By no means is that point system clear, as illustrated that Orange decreased in January, but alternations in Salmon and Eggs increased while just Green days decreased.
Is it that the actual protein and cholesterol and fatty acids proportions different in January vs. December? That we will need to consider the  volume of non-Wai items. Cookies et al. can still be a source of these while being an inferior source as they are cooked and may contain damaged molecules...

I don't see the point in comparing %Wai to %non-Wai last month.And no the point system is not a motivational system (it will not likely act as something that will keep me eating things I am suppose to, it is more a note keeping system.
Simply the difference is that the higher the frequency of social interactions I have, the more non-Wai items there will be, that will land in my diary of what I eat. December was like, lots of people. For example, alarm at 6:30 am days are days when I eat foods outside of rules, why, because I have to wake up early to be out in a different environment.

** {It had been about 6 days since I had last ate egg yolks (I am surprised it has been this long, probably restaurant food strung me through the days.) It feels and looks something like this: highly easy to be ticked off "if you disagree with me, I will disagree with you easily." Yup, I am running low on eggs, because I don't have patience to tolerate anything, I need think/focus-food, food that is different from awake-food like coffee, chocolate, or sugar.| placebo might be water/juice, I feel a little dehydrated running on a banana-avocado rich menu for the past few days, with cooked foods.}

*A day ago, I think someone asked me if I was going to eat the eggs (afraid that they will spoil).
It is noticeable when the fridge is over stocked with like 5 cartons of eggs.
Where I live, people don't bother with me anymore on the amount of eggs I eat. It could be because I limit the eggs to like 3 to 6 at a time/meal, so that it looks like it is the volume for 1 super large scrambled egg/omelette dish, and dumping the egg whites makes it looks like I am eating close to nothing from the egg, when the few teaspoons from each egg yolk remains.
And on the raw part of the egg yolk, they don't bother me about it either because they eat around 1 sunshine egg with sauce and salt...,every other day.
