* Not the best food combo, I could not really fall asleep easily with eating that, the cucumber was slightly bitter, the nuts were jostling in my stomach, in general I think I should avoid nuts right before sleep, since I do not chew them into nut-butter texture. I think too little liquids from that food combo too, woke up thirsty.

* Because I spent so much time eating chocolate yesterday, I had the time to read the labels chocolate bars:
4% Fe, 6% Ca, 190 calories = 33 g of chocolate hazelnut
2% Fe, 4% Ca, 190 calories = 33 g of chocolate almond
4% Fe, 2% Ca, 180 calories = 33 g of chocolate brownie
8% Fe, 2% Ca, 180 calories = 33 g of chocolate dark
6% Fe, 0% Ca, 200 calories = 33 g of chocolate dark 72%
I was surprised the amount of chocolate I eat is about the same amount of calories, 190 calories, as the 500 ml soda I drank the other day.
It looks like milk ingredients do affect chocolate's calcium content.
Comparing these chocolates, I think Cocoa adds 6% Fe and Milk Ingredients adds 2% Fe and 2% Ca.

** I tried some pizza my sibling made. Looking at the cheese, the calcium content is quite high 20% of DV for 3 pieces of 3 cm cubes.
