* I had a nightmare:
~~~~~I dreamed of missing event I had scheduled for today. It was funny, I was stuck in some other place being in some other role than what I was suppose to be scheduled for, the group there had ordered take out lunch, and when I opened my box it was chicken nuggets for lunch. "Finally!" (chicken nuggets I have been craving all week) I thought in my dream. I bit into the chicken nugget. And was satisfied at the look of the half still in my hand that it was solid meat and not processed chicken paste with a crisp smooth honey brown colored soft batter coated layer around the nugget. But then while I chewed it, it tasted too salty and sandy, like salt-sand coated chicken nugget, and the texture was like eraser.~~~~~(yeah then I woke up, I didn't even get a chance to try the whole box with sauce and everything. :roll: )
8:20
8:38 250 ml water
13:30 200 ml P-C-apple-grape-juice
17:50 1 tbsp honey, 1 banana, 3 tsp oo, 3 oranges
19:30 2 tomatoes, 2/5 cucumber
20:06 35.7*C my temp, 26.3*C ambient-environment temp
21:00 1 banana, 1 tsp oo, 3 oranges
22:00 2 tbsp honey
23:00 20 - 30 g dried curry beef jerky**
00:00 - 8:32
---
** I didn't feel like eating egg yolks or salmon.
My taste buds are still transitioning to my regular foods after restaurant trips.
* it is nice to know that my brain can figure out something, even if it means the brain hacking my dreams to have a piece of food I crave.
10:00 1 banana, 1 tsp oo
13:30 1 square orange-chocolate**, 1 square dark chocolate**, 3 pieces of cookies**
15:30 1 coconut shred paste filled bread**
16:30 1 tbsp honey, 1 banana, 2 oranges
19:30 55 g curry beef jerky*, 2 chicken drumsticks without skin, 2 oranges
21:00 2 coconut shred paste filled bread**
12:00, 1:38 - 5:30, 6:30, 7:20***
*** It is chaos with my sleep time again. I am waking up before my alarm.
I need to move my sleep start time earlier so that I can meet my course schedule, with all those morning appointment times.
Friday May 27, 2016 (8 :)) [287...?]
7:20
41
7:30 250 ml water, 1 banana
11:00 1 piece of thick pita bread (6 cm dia x 1 cm) with 1 slice of chicken ham (3 x 3 cm).
11:50 2 oranges
17:45 5 pieces of dried golden berries** (samples from a store, it is too sugary)
18:00 1 banana, 1 tsp oo, 3 oranges
19:00 30 g curry beef jerky (1 cm^3, homemade by my aunt, so it is probably without preservative, though I don't know which temperature the meat was cooked at.) *
19:30 1 tbsp unsalted bc-butter (bc=barrel-churned)
22:00 3 slices of lemon cake** (3 x 4 x 2 cm / piece)
23:00 1 tomato, with juice, 1 tbsp unsalted bc-butter
07:00 250 ml water
00:00 - 4 - 7 - 9:00****
---
* I like the tough chewy texture. With enough jerky between all the molars, I can clench my molars and balance the force of my bite to spread evenly around all teeth in a "U" shape, but I can only hold it there for a few seconds.
The strongest grip is right behind the incisors at the smallest molars.
I am trying to or working on bringing an even force down simultaneously from the front teeth, and back molars.
**** My sleep, got messed up by humid hot summer environment temperatures. Can't sleep no air conditioning, plus outdoors in the day for 2 hours, made my body confused and tired, with the lack of sleep and evaporation and humidity.
10:00 1 banana, 1 slice of lemon cake**(3 x 4 x 2 cm / piece), 1 cup pineapple
12:00 1 tomato, 1 tbsp unsalted bc-butter
13:00 1 banana
17:00 75 g chocolate**, 3/4 cup watermelon**
18:30 2 tbsp unsalted bc-butter
20:00 1 tbsp honey**
...
**I am still getting that after-acid-taste from these carb-cake-bread-sugary-items.
I have to remove them.
It is distracting me from working on evening out the force of my bite across my teeth.
May 2016 Summary:
Black = 0 days, I had only cooked foods without fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, or egg yolks or salmon.
Green = 14 days, I had fruits/nuts/sugar/oo without egg yolks or salmon.+ cooked foods
Egg Yellow = 11 days, I had egg yolks, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, without salmon.+ cooked foods
Salmon Pink = 5 days, I had salmon, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo, without egg yolks.+ cooked foods
Orange = 1 days, I had salmon, egg yolks, and fruits/nuts/sugar/oo.+ cooked foods
317 items
Disclaimer: Aytundra's food consumed in May 2016 was not at all a Wai Diet because of cooked food items, processed foods, baked foods, containerized foods, not fresh foods, not on the Wai Calculator items food..etc. Aytundra is still trying to find her way from cooked foods to less and less cooked foods...etc.
Goals for June
Rule 1: Keep point system
Rule 2: Post in June
I actually don't (most of the time [no really, I measured it]).
I estimate with my eyes.
It gets easier and easier, with practice.
1 almond = 1 gram (0.91 grams average actually for the brand I buy).
1 square of chocolate = 4.1 g. (or I divide visually if I buy a different brand with different sized squares).
1 orange = 100 ml, small orange 80 ml, large orange 133 ml.
1 banana, 1 apple, 1 pear = 100 g - 150 g depends on the size, and how much you peel off.
I weigh my fruits for like 10 times, get the average. Memorize the average and then go from there.
If I used decimals, yes I measured with the scale i.e. 73.24 g of salmon, 121.3 g orange juice...
Sometimes I round to the nearest 10 or 5, 75 g salmon, but I always round down to count for the fish bones I threw out.
15 ml is like an inch^2 cup (medicine cup for cough syrups or those liquid vitamin supplements that I had when I was 4 years old, I use to steal those from the kitchen and use them as cups for my dolls. I also used the plastic table centers that holds pizza-take-out as tables for my dolls)
1 cup is like a bowl, or I just imagine my measuring cup that I used to measure flour or brown sugar for making oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, that I used to make.
1 tsp = 5 ml is like a small spoon
1 tbsp = 15 ml is like a regular spoon
Though sometimes (often) when I say spoon for my cooked-foods/cheat-items-not-suppose-to-be-on-my-menu, I say spoon loosely, it is actually like a heap of rice as much as the spoon can hold.
For a forkful, I am cheating too, I mean the pasta/spaghetti/noodles that is wound around and around as much as it can hold.
Sometimes I am truthful and I actually go about giving all the dimensions of the food, length, width height, new to my vocabulary is diameter i.e. "6 cm dia", that I learned from reading food composition tables.
1 inch is like from knuckle to thumb tip. I had an argument with my hairdresser one time. I said 1 inch looked like this holding my fingers to be the length of ~3 cm. But he said it was from the knuckle to thumb tip. He was right. 2.54 cm.
I leave measurements to get an idea of how much I ate.
The reported amount might actually be less than the real amount, I try to round down. Like rice on a plate is hard to place in a cup, but I can imagine it to be that size. I have "conservation of mass" concept down, I am pass pre-school age. ;) {Reading Piaget is not helping with my vocabulary :roll: }
I also forget to say items I ate (if small amounts, I let it slide). i.e. 1 bite of chocolate donut @ 3 pm on Sunday. {i feel guilty | well not really, I had restaurant foods much that day, so fried lunch and dinner items probably covered the junkiness of 1 bite of donut that I missed.}
