Hmm.. damn omega balance, but you're right.
Vitamin E seems to be quite hard to get from food..
Maybe I'm going to test it with supplements first.

21MCP is not bad at all. Sometimes I'm falling back to 25 MCP, if I'm being really lazy for some time.

I got wheat germ oil (couldn't find hazelnut), will put some in my mayonaisse.
5ml = 70% RDA, I think it's better than supplements.
Vitamin E supplements are connected to worsening health

http://www.jarrow.com/product/274/Toco-Sorb

I was thinking about this one. From palm oil.
I now a person who tried this, and cured his hair loss with it.
That's one of the reasons, I think there must be a big PGD2/vitamin E link.
I one to try out the effects of different dosages of vitamin E.
Unnatural high,RDA,less than RDA etc.

Palm oil seems to have more total vitamin E (Tocotrienols+Tocopherols) content than sunflower oil.
http://www.americanpalmoil.com/publicat ... almOil.pdf
Altough I don't know which from all those different tocotrienols/tocopherols etc are good for you.

Red palm oil is REALLY intresting.

105 mg vitamin E/ 100 g
10.5 gram omega 6 /100 g
0.3 gram omega 3/ 100g

So taking just 20 gram, gives 21 gram vitamin E (7 different forms). And gives only 2.1 gram omega 6.

Red Palm Nutrition (per 100g): Calories 900. Joules 3762. 100g fat, oil. Saturated fats and oils: 50.2% of which 0.2% MCT, LCT 50% (palmitic 44.3%, other 5.7%). Monounsaturated fatty acids omega-9: 39%. 10.8% polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-6: 10.5%, omega-3: 0.3%), 0g carbs, 0g sugar, 0g protein, 0g cholesterol, 0g fiber, 0g sodium, 0g trans fats. Red Palm is hypoallergenic: no gluten, no allergens (EFSA 2003/89/EC). 7 vitamins E 105mg (954% RDA), 20.100mcg carotene, sterols, polyphenols, CoQ10, lecithin. Non-standardized natural product, amount varies per package.

Red palm oil tastes really bad, I couldn't eat much. Maybe if I mix it in a mayonaisse.. that's how I'm able to eat coconut oil, make it into mayonaisse :)

The jarrow supplement has 77mg of E per softgel and they suggest you take 2-3 per day!! And it costs 55 eur.

Cool, red palm oil e virgin type is made of the fruits of the palm, so it is also completely wai and much better than olive oil in my opinion.

Red palm oil is really really really really really really REAAAAAAALLYY
the best new thing. (Okay, I agree, I'm overexcited ; )

Jesus, how can I not know this ???
Indeed, much more Wai than olive oil.
True, pure it doesn't taste really good.
But I like it better than coconut oil or olive oil (when eaten pure).
This is the one I bought (http://www.noble-house.tk/html/nederlan ... lmolie.htm)

Okay, just have bought it an hour okay.
I warmed it up a little bit (50 degree), and mixed it with egg yolks.
Delicious.

I did some palm oil mouth pulling... My mouth looks so healthy... amazing..
I have put it on my feet (for my inflammation there).
They look like little baby foot now...

I think red palm oil is going to be the best new thing in preventing overactive mast cells.

I've studied those overactive mast cells a lot now, and I really think this is where buteyko is about, this is were RRM is talking about (when he is talking about zero intervention).
This is what I'm feeling since I bought the ionisator (preventing activating of mast cells in my lungs and skin).
When mast cells get active they give PGD2 to the environment...
PGD2 is worsening your immune system, PGD2 is making you feel sleepy...

I feel like I'm fixing (a part of ) the puzzle a little bit. But I need to make some huge post hereabout all the studies I've read..
Going take some time.. But if you want to study something interesting, go studying degranulation of mast cells.

2-Arachidonoylglycerol is synthesized from arachidonic acid-containing diacylglycerol (DAG), which is derived from the increase of inositol phospholipid metabolism by the action of diacylglycerol lipase. The molecule can also be formed from pathways like the hydrolysis derived (by diglyceride) from both phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidic acid (PAs) by the action of DAG lipase and the hydrolysis of arachidonic acid-containing lysophosphatidic acid by the action of a phosphatase.[13]

Another endocannabinoid, 2-arachidonoyl glycerol, binds to both the CB1 and CB2 receptors with similar affinity, acting as a full agonist at both.[31] 2-AG is present at significantly higher concentrations in the brain than anandamide,[36] and there is some controversy over whether 2-AG rather than anandamide is chiefly responsible for endocannabinoid signalling in vivo.[37] In particular, one in vitro study suggests that 2-AG is capable of stimulating higher G-protein activation than anandamide, although the physiological implications of this finding are not yet known.[38]

CB1 underactivity is associated with mast cell disorders.

Well, I have only been oversleeping once. I woke up naturally after 11 hours, so that's not the old +12 hours. Most of the days I wake up after 6-7 hours with my smartphone that senses my motions and tries to wake me up in my light sleep. I sometimes feel a bit tired during the day, eating protein seems to have a lot to do with it! My CP is some days above 40, some days below. I still can't go above 50 CP, and I need to do +30 min of running to maintain it. I try to do breath control the whole day, not the reduced breathing but just slowing things down.
Ionisating lamp seems to work, I've bought an anion lamp. If I get the tendency to get 1 nostril blocked, I breathe in the lamp for 3-4 times and it heals itself, wonderful! I still tend to get allergic reactions after being in contact with things for longer than 1 day, which also goes away in 1 day. Really strange!

I also am doing the biokult capsules, I eat 10 a day, just to make sure my gut lining is going to restore. I don't want to clean my ass ever more than 1 whipe again :). Things are looking very good (haven't had too soft defecation since I started), so I just do it for 1 month to make sure it will get healed. It is pretty expensive if you want to continue with it. But because of the high CP I think I will heal alot quicker..

Still having troubles with smoking, I quit for 2 weeks, smoke for 2 days, quit for a week, smoke a day. In the last month I had a total of 5 smoking days (3 packs), which is why I'm having so much trouble. One or two wines at a party and there I go again... :/

@Dime What's your CP during the day ? Have you ever pushed it to 40 CP during the day ?

@Overkees, those biokult things are helping me a lot as well. I feel much better at days I take it.
Your daily routine seems pretty awesome :) Keep it up.
What's anion lamp ?

I've been on holiday for a week with old school friends.
Getting drunk all day kind of holiday, so I was afraid to loose all my progress...
But I actually did pretty well !
The first two days I demanded myself to do at least 5 push ups everytime I needed to drink (with drinking games) or 30 sec. of sprinting with breath holding (barefoot).
Those first 2 days, I was at 40MCP and slept only 5 hours.
After that, I was a little bit more lazy... so my CP dropped a little bit, but still above 30 s, while I was drinking all the time.

We went to a house in belgium, with a cold river at 500 metre, football field at 10 metre, cold showers, so it was pretty ideal actually for buteyko exercises (except for the drinking part)

I was thinking, it we can find 10-15 people here in europe who want to do a buteyko training week, we could go to a place like that.
It cost only 800 euros for a full week. If you have enough people, it's only 60-80 euro pp.

Instead of drinking games, we could do buteyko games, where you need to some short buteyko exercise everytime you loose with a game.

Buteyko training camp, I like that idea :)
I actually live just a few hundred km from the Netherlands so it should be easy for us 3-4 guys on the forum to gather, but not sure where we could find 10-15 people.

I don't think I've ever come close to 40 CP during the day, perhaps 30. My MCP and CP are quite close.

btw, if you have android, go for those two apps:
KeepTrack (pro) (for measuring CP/MCP/training time, you get a great graph, etc. )
Habit goal monitor (pro) (helps me to get motivated for daily rituals)

We could go to a camping or something like that.. but I actually hope to find some more people...
I don''t know how, as it seems like there don't exist buteyko forums...

Ever tried to do one full day of reduced breathing exercises ? Like 10 min. every hour or something like that
It's a little bit demotivating because you will probably loose your progress during the night,
but it's very motivating to once feel your body at 40CP or higher.

Nice, especially the KeepTrack seems like a very useful app!
I have written a script to make me plots from my weight lifting logs that I was logging in cronometer.. if I only knew about this app before :)

I'm using Sleep Bot to track sleep, it gives some pretty nice graphs, and could be useful to spot trends with CP and other stuff that you track.
Also MapMyRun/MapMyRide for running/biking.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try to push the day CP higher like this.

Hello guys,

It appears that I can't up my CP because of 2 devitalized tooth (one of which for 30 years). That is the conclusion of an exchange with Artour. Whatever I do my CP does not move, as if it was written in the stone. So the next step for me will be to extract those 2 dead tooth. They seem to be the cause of my health troubles (especially arrhythmia). See http://www.normalbreathing.com/l-buteyk ... ctions.php
The problem is that it is forbidden in France where I live and no dentist want to do it because many have lost their job in the past. Let me know If you know a good dentist who can do that for a moderate price.

I am trying the elevation training mask and am quiet happy with the result : almost same effect than the Frolov device but you can do whatever you want because your hands are free (exercice/work/stretch..) except smoking or drinking maybe :-)

I'll be ok for a buteyko training camp only when my CP will be higher!
