Severe
Anything that is both meat and cooked has severe repercussions for those who are very susceptible to acne.

Repurcussions dont always follow.
It depends on how much sebum is produced when the temporary increase in water retention is caused. Sebum production very much fluctuates.

Hi,

This might be a silly question but I was wondering are HCA's created with steamed crab also?

I LOVE steamed crab and once my skin is clear I'd like to try it as a munch food.

If it doesn't make me break out I'd like to have it but besides acne I'm wondering about the healthiness/unhealthiness of it.

I seems like it would be so much less than cooked beef or chicken because its only steamed for a few minutes to be done.

Well yes, heating protein creates HCA's. Even though less HCA's might be created by steaming than for instance grilling or barbecuing, it's still not a good munch food.
