Unfortunely I don't have any before pictures. I looked so lame (also cause of the raw/inflammed look provided by the burn) that I never bothered to take any. Wai Diet completely took away that inflammed look, as you can see on the pics.
Looking forward to take new ones now.

When my skin gets even better I will post new pictures here.

Of course, this is only the skin progress. There are lots of other things that have happened too.
Like: better concentration
much more energy
much more happy in general
no period pain at all (when I eat 8 eggyolks the week before it)
≈2-3 kg lighter.


Mario, wow your skin looks perfect!! It is hard to believe from looking at those pictures that you ever had any problems with your skin.

Thanks Maia! Yes, by now it is, it's been 2 years... at the beggining it didn't look that good. Wai Diet was a miracle for my facial skin.

I'm only 3 days into my wai diet with 1800ml of pasteurized OJ which is otherwise claimed 100% pure OJ. I'll post the first pic then in 11 days I'll post my 2week pic. You can look at my diary for my daily pics if I can keep up.

Also congrats to Maia and Mario91 (wow you had 2nd degree burns wow, never would have known) skin is looking nice! thanks for the inspirations. I always wanted to post photo logs to help aide others with their quest to clear skin.
