Emeira I wouldn't worry that much.. I also eat non-organic food, only the meat I buy sometimes is organic grass-fed. If you have the money then buy the organic, if not then simply don't worry about it.
Also it's not very relevant how much it cost in another country, because you don't live there anyway? :)

Yes, when organic and non-organic foods are compared in studies, they usually find only minute differences.
The biggest difference is between cooked food and raw food. (oxysterols, HCAs etc)
So, you are doing perfectly fine.

Just curious, because in my country organic food is very expensive, so I am thinking about raising my own chickens for eggs :D

You still have to feed the chicken and clean up, so the eggs won't be incredibly cheaper ;)

I think organic salmon costs 30€ per kilo, and eggs 0.28€ per egg. Not sure about the other prices.

I have been craving raw dairy lately, maybe I have a calcium deficiency or it is just because of opioid peptides in dairy?

When I was a child I was drinking tons of cows milk (row).
It was best food for me, especially Paneer (fresh cheese) + honey or fruit jamm + bread rolls + hot cocoa with milk.

... i was strongly addicted :(

It's probably the opioid peptides, yeah.

I am sitting all day at work. Could it be, that eating every half an hour is too often and too much? I understan If my job would be more active, but now... ?
for example:

8:00 - 1/2 mango 1/2 avocado
9:00 - 1 apple
9:30 - 1/2 banana + 1 tsp OO
10:00 - 1 orange
10:30 - 1/2 banana + 1 tsp OO
11:00 - 1 orange
11:30 - 2 mandarines + 1tsp OOop
12:00 - 1 orange
12:30 - 1/2 banana +1 tsp OO
.... and so on...

Ammm...my weight is stable ( ~65kg. 178cm) but i want to lose some extra body fat

If it seems like too often and too much simply reduce the size of your meals, e.g.
8:00 - 1/4 mango 1/4 avocado
8:30 - 1/4 mango 1/4 avocado
9:00 - 1/2 apple
9:30 - 1/2 apple
...
you get the idea, just make your meals smaller.
