About ~2 months on 61.6-89% Wai [Calculated as: 45/73 % to 73-8/73 %]
Weight: 45kg Oct 3 (stable same as Aug and Sept)| On acclimatize time period I lost an inch in waist from April to July
Counter:
73 days since switching diets on July 23, 2014:
45 days that I deemed Wai;
8 days that I deemed rule breaking; rebellious aytundra purposely added something, or science article reading aytundra deems it;
20 days that were unnamed, I broke rules most likely, or I was undecided hence unnamed, or I broke rules too much to even bother giving it a name; or it was an unavoidable social setting.
Transportation:
I shop with 2-4 trips/ week. I stock: 35 tomatoes, 70 oranges, 3 cartons of 12 dozen eggs, and 3 fillets of fresh fish which I divide and freeze (fish lasts 2 weeks); this has been do-able only with a car. When I run out of food items usually oranges, that is when I get close to breaking rules and eating junk.
Money:
Costs about the price of 32-40 eggs/ day
Time:
Daily prepare, eat, and clean-up time = 1.5 - 3 hours.
Quickest meal = 10 min of fish oj yolks sugar water
Quickest snacks = sliced orange, spoonfuls of avocado, sugar water, sugar oil, nuts, raisins
Family:
Fortunately, in the past month they got accustomed to the fact that I eat a lot of fruits, so they stocked more fruits now.
Though buying more fruit does not change the fact that they are a bit skeptical and concerned of what I am doing.
"Eat some veggies?" 'no',
"Have a drink of this." 'can't',
"Try this new dessert chocolate bar, just one bite?", [resist not; takes a bite, adds it onto diary]
"you don't eat the skin and seeds of tomatoes" 'you remove grape skin seeds, why not tomato seeds?'
"you know you can't believe everything that you read on the internet." 'of course not.'
Plus some other Others:
Well, talking to a vegetarian friend, they were interested. I described it as a no junk foods diet. They were more curious on what is defined as junk and what is off limits.
Nutrients:
Probably getting more fresh water soluble vitamins.
It is not like I am doing this diet haphazardly with little thought on what nutrients I put in.
On the chess board, rebellious aytundra knows the main nutrient contents of her proper foods, and garbage foods;
In nutritional aytundra's perspective analyzing rule breaking items gives her hints on what additional nutrients might be needed.
Day Energy:
Good after waking; Good concentration after eating;
If I eat enough in the morning, energy and concentration are solid for at least 5 hours.
But when calories are low "beware junk foods".

Aside:
Agrees too, this diet works for constipation.
Constipation = None for the past 2 months.

Actually in the acclimatize months, I had already noticed that adding several fruits were reducing constipation, on the other hand, I was also decreasing wheat and dairy items during that time period, so both adding fruits and subtracting junk might have helped.
History: I have always had constipation for as long as I can remember (before 3 years old); usually occurred after eating lots of pasta. After around ~13 years old, I managed* the constipation. Common advice was to: drink more water or juice, eat more veggies or fibers like prunes. {I grew up on milk, bread, cheese, rice, meat and junk food} So a long time ago in elementary school, I remember my parents adding more water bottles, and reluctantly allowed juice boxes when I refused water and kept on bringing back full water bottles home {I did not like the plastic smell that flavored the water [They had no knowledge about BPA plastic back then]} As a result: A) I hated water, B) I hated veggies, C) I hated prunes; I dumped water bottles down the drain, and drank juice boxes that probably gave me cavities.
Of course none of the advice was bad, water does work, veggies and fibers counter constipation created by the wheat, and dairy and meat:
(but these management techniques are not necessary if I eat "proper" foods. ["proper" defined by current standards of aytundra, and backed by proper reading and interpretation of sound articles.])
*When I was desperate: I ate whole grain bread with seeds, kiwi, golden kiwi, dragon fruit, sesame and seed like items and those worked so-so for solving the constipation; veggies sometimes worked, but cooked watercress fiber actually worked the best. (but all these are not necessary now.)
Well thanks to this bizarre Wai diet, I've figured it out now: I don't need water, I don't need veggies. I don't need grains. I don't need dairy. I don't need seeds, and finally agrees I don't need fiber.
---
But I am not here for constipation purposes; that is a happy side effect, a side story of eating this way.
Still here for molecular theoretical reasons. Not really here for pimples or skin problems, but less pimples are also a happy side effect; I just note them for vain readers (snowwhite aytundra included).
