* I did not have much of an acid-after-taste on waking up, but after I brushed my teeth I did feel a sour note, but not like in the whole mouth. I did not eat any breakfast yet. I think by brushing the white coating off the tongue, a coat formed by the egg yolks, I think it allowed my tongue to taste the saliva which was acidic. I probably did not add enough fatty foods with the dates, I halved what I ate yesterday night, and a little less, as I already had salmon in the evening. Solid sleep though.
** My skin looks nice, as usual after eating salmon.

I couldn't fall asleep because after ~1 hour if eating lots of dates without oo or egg yolks I started feeling the acid-after-taste creep in.
I finally decided to eat some fats egg yolks, but I did not touch oo.
Dates:
The week before exams in August, Sun Aug 16 to Sun Aug 23, I wrote I craved apples on Aug 18, at that time I did not have any dates stocked for those weeks. I did not want to experiment with dates in my diet while going through studying chaos, can't be distracted by sour-taste right?
My current box of dates are almost finished, about 15 pieces left.
Dates will occasional treats list along with raisins, as I can't depend on them for calories, because I think it causes my acid-after-taste feeling.

Title: Orange Juice The Bad, The Good, & The Ugly...
I thought I would never have anything more to write about orange juice, but apparently I still do.
Yesterday** I tried the worst-est orange juice ever! (Worst-"est" with a grammar break (grammar can also take breaks), because it was the worst-est taste ever.)
I brought orange juice from a Vending Machine.
Huh, aytundra what did you do?
In my defense I was stuck in a food desert {again}.
Having decisively decided against eating from a bakery store,
I took out a blue coloured bill {blue money for blue foods, though I am buying something orange, it is a bad omen already.}.
I pressed B6, {nothing vitamin B6 will be from there.}.
Drop, the Minute-made bottle settled itself into the dispenser of the vending machine in less than a minute {it even cheated me of 52 seconds of what it promised would take a minute}.
I looked at the bottle, summarized that it could be the C-ojMntMdO of what I could usually get from the supermarket {though smaller in size and double the price}.
Except that at the bottom there was a 5 mm orange sediment at the bottom.
I shrugged, whatever, and cracked the black lid, to drink.
And before I could even finish sipping a gulp,
the stench of shelved orange juice was so strong!
That I almost wanted to spit but didn't,
however, the bottle did drop to the ground;
and I lost half of the bottle to plastic to the floor.
To janitors who might read this page (I doubt any one will find that I write here),
I confess it was that juice bottle that made a mess {food-desert-aytundra will never own up to the fact that she bought the juice, the juice did it, the food desert made her(do it).}.
The worse-est orange juice ever!

The best-est orange juice I have ever had, is still the fresh kind made at home.

I had to switch sources of food because I ran out of stock and did not have time to shop due to studying assignments etc... : 1) almond -->ground almond, 2) orange --> cucumber, apple, melon, plum, tomato 3) dates --> sugar, apple
I also had to add food because my weight reached 40 kg + studying on campus --> so I bought cooked foods, chicken wrap, I think I really liked the sugary taste of lettuce it was a different sugary taste compared tofruits.

I already knew the results a few days ago, but I did not have data.
Data is exceedingly boring and normal, only vitamin D is low.
All the lipid stuff are in normal range, no diabetes {despite feeling that I was drinking so much juice and eating spoons of sugar}, no low vitamin B12 {despite feeling a lack of burgers and steaks on my menu (eggs and fish are not exactly as decorative on a plate).}, the only thing low is Vitamin D, and that is because I probably sit indoors too much {maybe I should stop typing here and enjoy the outdoors}. So there you go, transitioning from cooked to minimally cooked did not do anything strange.

Of which fiber I can easily defend, because vascular structure plants with fibers only evolved when plants migrated from oceans to terrestrial life, hence, fiber theoretically is not needed, plants acquired it to live on land. However, beans, I am still a bit uncertain as to why I might exclude them. I defend the exclusion by phytoestrogen that might occur in beans, and the toxicity of under cooked beans.
Meanwhile others are still oblivious to what I might eat, and include me in their portions that they would like to share with me.
For example, a slice of pizza still sits in the fridge from yesterday.

I like to think that they selected 25 because it is easier to remember: toxicity = >250nmol/L and insufficiency = <25nmol/L for 25(OH)D.

I got a little braver yesterday.
Braver as in I tried to challenge the menus at those restaurant in the food dessert.
- I asked two different restaurants "Could I have a lettuce and tomato salad?"
-- "Let me bring you a menu, there is a small selection."
I looked at the menu, nothing was salad, everything was cooked.
- "Just tomato and lettuce? It is really quick." {I am not even asking for something fancier than a lettuce, like a cucumber, I am certain they must have tomato and lettuce in their fridge because they make hamburgers.}
-- "I'll check with the chef."..."Sorry, we don't offer those items at this time we changed to the night menu."
I went to another restaurant, which I am sure they have lettuce and tomato as their grilled sandwiches have them.
- "Could I have a lettuce and tomato salad?"
-- "Sorry we don't offer salads here."
Next, I tried to think like a vegetarian, but that didn't work either, because vegetarian options are all vegetables with cheese or cream and heat treatment, i.e. cream soup, or crispy pierogies with cheese.
Finally, I gave up thinking, because I was hungry.
I wonder what food choices are there for people that are really vegetarian + lactose intolerant + gluten sensitive?

I went to another restaurant, which I am sure they have lettuce and tomato as their grilled sandwiches have them.
- "Could I have a lettuce and tomato salad?"
-- "Sorry we don't offer salads here."
Next, I tried to think like a vegetarian, but that didn't work either, because vegetarian options are all vegetables with cheese or cream and heat treatment, i.e. cream soup, or crispy pierogies with cheese.
Finally, I gave up thinking, because I was hungry.
I wonder what food choices are there for people that are really vegetarian + lactose intolerant + gluten sensitive?
A tundra where will we be without trees? Thannnks!
