parsley after salmon / yolks

any problems with chewing a bit of parsley after salmon / egg yolks to neutralize breath odors?

I am not familiar with levels of phyto-chemicals in parsley. Since you dont eat it (or a substantial amount of it), I guess it cant do any/much harm.

These days, the salmon in the supermarket comes with one or two parsley leaves. I wonder whether they are okay to consume? I guess they are like chives?
